z0o.app(以下「z0o」)は、z0o.app と各ゲーム(seal.z0o.app など、以下まとめて「本サービス」)で扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。

ゲームのセーブデータと設定は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。
3. 使う目的
- 本サービスを提供し、記録やランキング、リプレイを表示するため
- ログインした方の記録を、ほかの端末やゲームに引き継ぐため
- ランキングで抜かれたことや新しいゲームを、通知を許可した方にお知らせするため
- どのくらい、どこまで遊ばれているかを集計し、本サービスを改善するため
- 不正なスコアや迷惑行為を防ぐため
広告の配信や、広告のためのプロファイリングには使いません。情報を販売することもありません。
4. 扱いの根拠(EU・英国などの方へ)
- 分析: 同意(同意はいつでも取り消せます)
- アカウント、ランキング、リプレイ、X でのログイン: 本サービスの提供
- 通知: 同意(ブラウザの設定でいつでもオフにできます)
- 不正の防止: 本サービスを安全に保つための正当な利益
5. 委託先と保存先の国
次の事業者に、本サービスの運営のために情報の取り扱いを任せています。保存先は日本以外の国(主に米国)を含みます。

7. Cookie と分析への同意
EU・英国・スイスからのアクセスでは、同意するまで分析用の Cookie を使いません。同意がない間や、分析をオフにしたときも、Cookie や個人を識別する情報を含まない計測(ページの表示やゲームの操作の回数など)は Google に送ります。ゲームの設定画面や下のボタンから、分析用の Cookie をいつでもオフにできます。ブラウザの拡張機能「Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオン」でも止められます。
8. 保存する期間
- 分析の情報: 14 か月
- ランキング、リプレイ: 削除のご依頼があるか、本サービスを終了するまで
- X から受け取った情報: X との連携を解除するか、アカウントを削除するまで
- 通知用のトークン: 通知をオフにするか、トークンが無効になるまで
9. 安全のための取り組み
- 通信はすべて暗号化しています。
- 管理用の鍵は限られた担当者だけが扱い、本サービスの設定で保護しています。
- ランキングに不正なスコアが載らないよう、スコアをサーバー側で検証しています。
- 外国(米国)の制度を把握したうえで、委託先を選んでいます。
10. あなたの権利
ご自身の情報について、開示、訂正、削除、利用の停止、同意の取り消し、データの受け取り(持ち運び)を求めることができます。support@z0o.app までご連絡ください。原則として 30 日以内にお答えします。EU・英国などの方は、お住まいの国の監督機関に申し立てることもできます。
11. 子どもの情報
ランキングに登録する前に、生まれた年を確認します。13 歳未満の方(EU・アイスランド・リヒテンシュタイン・ノルウェーでは 16 歳未満、韓国では 14 歳未満)からは、名前の入力と通知の許可を受け付けず、ランキングには自動でつけた名前で載せます。X でのログインは、この年齢以上の方だけが使えます(ゲームでは、この年齢より下の方にはログインを出しません)。保護者の方で、お子さまの情報の削除を希望される場合は、support@z0o.app までご連絡ください。
12. このポリシーの変更
内容を変更するときは、このページでお知らせします。大きな変更のときは、本サービスの中でもお知らせします。

This policy explains how z0o.app ("z0o", "we") handles information in z0o.app and its games, such as seal.z0o.app (together, the "Service").

Game saves and settings are stored only on your device.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service and show records, leaderboards and replays
- To carry over the records of signed-in players to other devices and games
- To notify players who allowed notifications when someone passes them on a leaderboard, or when a new game is released
- To measure how much and how far the games are played, and improve the Service
- To prevent cheating and abuse
We do not use your information for advertising or advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
4. Legal bases (EU, UK and similar)
- Analytics: consent, which you can withdraw at any time
- Account, leaderboard, replays and Sign in with X: performance of the Service you requested
- Notifications: consent, which you can withdraw in your browser settings at any time
- Abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping the Service safe
5. Service providers and international transfers
We use the following providers to run the Service. Your information may be stored outside your country, mainly in the United States.

We receive information from X Corp. when you sign in with X. Transfers from the EU and UK rely on the providers' data processing terms, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
6. Cookies and analytics consent
If you visit from the EU, the UK or Switzerland, we do not use analytics cookies until you agree. While you have not agreed, or after you turn analytics off, we still send Google measurements without cookies or identifiers (such as counts of page views and game actions). You can turn analytics cookies off at any time in the game settings, with the button below, or with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. How long we keep it
- Analytics data: 14 months
- Leaderboards and replays: until you ask us to delete them or the Service ends
- Information from X: until you unlink X or delete your account
- Push tokens: until you turn notifications off or the token becomes invalid
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted. Administrative keys are limited to authorized staff and protected in our hosting configuration. Scores are verified on our servers.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent, or receive a copy of it. Contact support@z0o.app; we usually reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or a similar jurisdiction, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
We ask for your year of birth before you submit a score. For players under 13 (under 16 in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway; under 14 in Korea), we do not accept a typed name or notifications, and we show them on leaderboards under an automatically assigned name. Sign in with X is only for people at or above these ages, and the games do not offer it to younger players. Analytics for these players is used only to operate and improve the Service, never for advertising or profiling. Parents who want their child's information deleted can contact support@z0o.app.
11. Changes
We will post changes on this page, and announce significant changes in the Service.

게임 저장 데이터와 설정은 사용 중인 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
3. 이용 목적
- 서비스를 제공하고 기록, 랭킹, 리플레이를 표시하기 위해
- 로그인한 분의 기록을 다른 기기나 게임으로 이어가기 위해
- 알림을 허용한 분에게 랭킹 추월이나 새 게임 소식을 알리기 위해
- 얼마나, 어디까지 플레이되는지 집계하여 서비스를 개선하기 위해
- 부정한 점수와 방해 행위를 막기 위해
광고 게재나 광고를 위한 프로파일링에는 사용하지 않으며, 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 다음 사업자에게 정보 처리를 위탁하며, 정보는 일본 및 국외(주로 미국)에 저장됩니다. 이전은 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 이루어집니다.

5. 쿠키 및 분석 동의
EU, 영국, 스위스에서 접속한 경우 동의하기 전에는 분석용 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 동의하지 않은 동안이나 분석을 끈 경우에도 쿠키나 식별 정보가 없는 측정(페이지 조회 수, 게임 조작 횟수 등)은 Google에 보냅니다. 게임 설정 화면이나 아래 버튼으로 언제든지 분석용 쿠키를 끌 수 있으며, Google 애널리틱스 차단 브라우저 부가기능으로도 막을 수 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치
모든 통신은 암호화됩니다. 관리용 키는 권한이 있는 담당자만 다루며 서비스 설정으로 보호합니다. 점수는 서버에서 검증합니다.
8. 정보주체의 권리
자신의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지, 동의 철회, 사본 수령을 요청할 수 있습니다. support@z0o.app으로 연락해 주세요. 원칙적으로 30일 이내에 답변합니다.
9. 아동의 정보
랭킹 등록 전에 출생 연도를 확인합니다. 14세 미만(EU·아이슬란드·리히텐슈타인·노르웨이에서는 16세 미만, 그 밖의 국가에서는 13세 미만)인 분에게는 이름 입력과 알림 허용을 받지 않으며, 랭킹에는 자동으로 붙인 이름으로 표시합니다. X 로그인은 이 연령 이상인 분만 이용할 수 있으며, 게임에서는 이 연령 미만인 분에게 로그인을 표시하지 않습니다. 자녀의 정보 삭제를 원하는 보호자는 support@z0o.app으로 연락해 주세요.

내용을 변경할 때는 이 페이지에서 알리고, 중요한 변경은 서비스 안에서도 알립니다.
